MPDW has been downgraded to “Programs On Hold”. On March 14th they suddenly and arbitrarily decided to lock people’s principal for 6 months. Effective today, Phoenixsurf is moving from an Auto-surf to a manual-surf program to strengten its legal standing with the US Securities Exchange Commission.
