2 Years in HYIPS - Part 1 - My First Program
Posted by rabbit on June 10th, 2006
I was updating the About page and it dawned on me that it is now 2 years since I have been in this arena. It was May 15th, 2004 that I made my first spend into a high yield program. The name of this program is People in Profit Systems (PIPS). For those of you that have not never heard about PIPS, you can learn what happened to the program here and here. While I was able to make a few dollars from the program myself, a lot of people lost a lot of money in the program. PIPS was setup in such an elaborate and convincing way, that I would have probably rated it a B+ if it was still in operations today. This was a program that had real offices and businesses with real people answering the phone. Furthermore the administrator was known to a lot of people around the world. In fact, I met him personally twice — once when he visited Toronto, and last year when I went to the PIPS convention in Hawaii. Still, there were no definitive proof of investment for the returns that were being offered — only speculation. In some ways, the Udachu Diversified fund which I rated a B+ is similar. We have no way of telling for sure how Udachu Diversified fund is able to generate their returns every month. Still, Udachu Diversified's 10%-12% per month (on average) is a lot more believable and sustainable for what they claim to be in (stocks, real estate, forex etc.), than the 2% per day that was being offered by PIPS.
This will be the first in a series of posts chronicling my first 2 years in the High Yield Arena. In my next update, I will talk about the pitfalls I encountered in the first year.

Hi Rabbit,
My comments to the above is that I never invested in PIPS, because I have never had any good feelings about this program. So I think that maybe its very important to listen your feelings. Don’t you think? Azuchi
Time flies, huh? I just realized that I have been following your updates since Nov last year… Yea, I never posted my opinions, but it is time now to say that I really appreciate your work. So I’d like to send you big Thank You

Azuchi,
You are right time does fly. Its been almost 7 months already since I started my blog. I am glad you appreciate the work I am doing.
It is always a good idea to listen to your feelings. If you do not feel comfortable about a program or if something is nagging you, do not join.
