Effective today, Phoenixsurf is moving from an Auto-surf to a manual-surf program to strengten its legal standing with the US Securities Exchange Commission. They are also taking other steps to prevent what happened to 12DailyPro from happening to them as well. You can read more on this announcement here.

Vasco Investment

I personally think that this program is just another well-dressed ponzi scheme. The admin(s) has put in a lot of effort into making the program look legitimate. This is why the web site is so professional looking. Like Solid Investment (another dressup ponzi), they claim that they have been around for years. However, no one knew about them prior to September / October of last year. Were they top secret all these years? I think not! Programs this good do not stay a secret for very long.
