Updates: Ratings Downgrade

I have downgraded Studio Traffic from Medium Risk to Hazardous. It seems that things are getting from bad to worse there with unreasonably long waits for payments and members accounts being blocked. At this point in time I cannot recommend that anyone join Studio Traffic. It is best to stay on the sidelines and see how things pan out over the next few weeks / months.

I have also downgraded 2WeekSurf from Higher Risk to Highest Risk. I still think this one will prove itself over time, but right now I am not impressed with how long it is taking them to move to their dedicated server (its been about 2 days already). It is also new and have not really proven itself as yet. I will re-evaluate the ratings if it is still around in the new year.
